Full-immersion in the Italian language and culture is not complete until students have donned an apron and gotten their mani in pasta, or 'hands in pasta', as the saying goes. The simple egg and flour dough is transformed into delicious tagliatelli, tortellini, tortelloni and dinner is served for everyone!
