At the Exchange Party, held every March, the BCSP students meet with the UNIBO students that will be studying in the U.S. the following academic year.
Many friendships form in Bologna and continue stateside.
The party is usually centered around a potluck theme: the American students bring 'specialities' like p&j sandwiches, chips & salsa, chocolate chip cookies and the Italian students bring recipies like la torta salata, le farfalle alle verdure and tiramisù. It's a real exchange of languages, cultures and food!
