BCSP has created this web page as a courtesy to students' parents and family members. The suggested accomodations listed below usually offer discounts to BCSP guests; however, a discount is not guaranteed.

During trade fairs (calendar: hotels may raise rates or choose not to apply discounts.

Previous visitors/students have recommended these accomodations; BCSP does not have a formal agreement or convention with them.

If you are interested in making a reservation at a Bologna Art Hotel, send an email to BCSP ( to request the password for access to easy online booking.

If you would like to book at the Drapperie, Aemilia Hotel, Hotel Holiday, La Suite, Muà B&B, or Antica Casa Zucchini please contact the hotel directly and mention that you are the parent/family member/family friend of a student on the Indiana University - BCSP program in order to request a special rate.

If you are looking for great, personalized cooking classes and/or food market tours contact Maribel Agullo of Taste of Italy:

Maribel can offer a discount of 10euro per person to students' visiting parents and friends. Good for at least 3 person group or 2 with market tour. Please remember that it's important to state when signing up for a class and/or tour that you are a parent/family member/family friend of a student on the Indiana University - BCSP program!
